Today is an excellent time for you to take a look at your life and see where you are experiencing any toxicity or negativity and release it. It may be a situation or person(s), it/they have taken enough of your energy and it’s time to end it.

Or it may be that it’s negativity that you carry within yourself that needs to be released. It is possible that your toxic relationship is with yourself. Look at yourself and the way you treat yourself and think about yourself, would you do it to another, probably not. Release the negativity and start seeing yourself as the beloved soul that you are.

This could be an emotionally intense time for you. If so, honor the feelings that come up. Don’t try to push them away. They are coming up to be healed and released. You can do it, plus you’ll feel better once you do.
