Whenever you are in doubt and unsure of which direction to take, stop and breathe in and out three times. Connect with the truth of your being, ask for guidance and follow it when you receive it, you will always be in perfect balance.

Do you find yourself worrying about everything, this is a never ending loop. To stop that loop, again, breathe deeply and connect with your higher self, release the worry and move forward with confidence as you are in alignment with your soul self and your human self.
