It’s important to take time to feel into the pause. To meditate. To gather information and to feel into your next best course of action. Now is not the time to rush blindly forward. It is a good time to consider all of the possibilities, what feels like the best course of action for you?

You are needed now to share your information and gifts. Others will see where you fit into their gifts. All come in with their part to play on earth, and each part goes into the fabric of life.

Take some time daily to breathe. Do you fully breathe in and exhale out? So many now breathe shallowly, not taking the time to take a large breath in and then push it out fully. To do this is to connect with Gaia and Source. Going into the energetic flow where all things are possible.
