Meditation is helpful in both soothing the emotions that you are feeling, and giving you insight as to what they have to tell you. It can also assist you in overcoming any insecurities you may be feeling.

There may be issues around family that are coming up at this time. It’s a good time to straighten out any misunderstandings and end any disputes.
