Hidden Depths

We all carry things that we keep hidden from others and even from ourselves! They are experiences and feelings that we were not equipped to deal with at the time. They can be big or small. It is where shame and fear reside.

In order to fully heal, light has to be brought into this hidden depth. Sometimes you are able to do this on your own, often it needs assistance from another who is qualified in helping clear trauma imprinting.

Something is coming up for you now that is ready to heal; ready to have the light bring it fully to the surface to be healed. Do not go into fear, you are ready to heal this. Get all the help you need.
