You are being gently guided today to take a look at yourself, your self care activities, and how you value and accept yourself just as you are in this very moment. This is not selfish or narcissistic, in its truest sense; it is about loving and caring for yourself just as you do for those you are close to.

The relationship you have with yourself is important, it effects every relationship you have outside of yourself. Are you honest with yourself, do you keep your word to yourself? If it is something you do for others but not yourself, it is time to correct this. You cannot be fully loving and present in another relationship unless you are have that with yourself.

When you do not love and care for yourself your inner child carries that pain. If you have done this in the past, this is a reminder to do some healing work with your inner child to release the pain. Your outside life reflects your inner, take some time today to care for your inner light so that you may shine brightly.
