You are being guided to take a look at how you treat yourself. How do you talk to yourself? Do you have a harsh inner critic that points out every mistake and failure? Do you honor your word to yourself? Do you keep pushing yourself without any recognition for what you have accomplished? Do you treat others better than you treat yourself?

If any (or all) of these things are true, now is the time to start treating yourself with compassion and love. Often when you take the time to look at where you are treating yourself poorly you will find that you are repeating a pattern that another laid on you. You may find when you listen to your inner critics voice that it sounds like a parent or loved one who often criticized you. It may be an ancestral pattern that you are carrying.

It is time to heal, to show yourself the love and compassion that you give to others. It is time for you to feel joy and happiness, to release the inner critic. When you live a life based in compassion for yourself and others, it aligns you with your soul’s path and your higher heart.
