You are being gently reminded to use your discernment as to what you listen to, watch, and allow into your energetic field. Allow in that which is of the highest love vibration, that which is positive life force. Give no energy to negative, lower vibrational thoughts, situations, people.

The voice of your soul, higher self, is always based in love and for the highest good. It will never judge, use guilt, make you feel negatively about yourself or another. It is supportive and encouraging. Neither is it fear based or controlling.

You will resonate with your truth. You know your truth when you hear it. Practice speaking your truth so that you may speak it with authority and ease. Know that your truth may not align with another and that is normal. Everyone has come into the physical with their own journeys.
