This is a gentle reminder of the importance of connecting with your spiritual practice daily. Keeping you attuned to your soul and above the thoughts of the egoic mind, negativity, and things that keep you from accessing the light within. Connecting with your soul daily helps keeps you from connecting with fear based thoughts and beliefs.

It is also important to clear your energy field at least once a day (more when needed). Everywhere you go and everyone around you has an energy imprint. Some of these energies come into your energy field, sapping your life force. These need to be cleared out of your field. You can clear your energy by rinsing with epsom salt and baking powder, asking your guardian angels to assist, cutting ties, and for those you have difficulty removing, asking a trusted energy worker to assist you in clearing your energy field.

Connecting with your soul on a daily basis gives you clarity as you move through your day. Helping you steer clear of situations that are not of the highest vibration. Assists you in keeping your light bright.
