Direction is a signpost that comes up often during life. There are different aspects of direction depending on your age and where you are in life. When feeling lost it is because you have lost touch with your direction. Feeling stuck in a rut? Time to course correct and change your direction. Direction gives a sense of purpose.

Are you in need of a change of direction? Are you feeling restless? Use your time during meditation to connect with your higher self and guides and ask for their assistance in finding the direction that is in alignment with your highest good. Then be open to messages, synchronicities, and inspiration that will guide you in a new direction.

Direction keeps you focused on your path. There are no distractions, you know where you are going and what you need to do to get there.
