Have you been feeling some resistance in a part of your life? Something that you are avoiding? This comes as a gentle reminder that when you feel resistance something is trying to get your attention. Sit with your feelings regarding where you are resisting. What is it showing you? Do you need to course correct? Are you out of alignment with your truth? Look for the message behind the resistance.

Often you just need to change your perspective and you will find your resistance slips away. Other times you just need to change your path til you find the one with the least resistance.

Resistance is just a sign asking you to look at the situation. Resistance is neither good nor bad, it’s just a sign along the road of life that is asking you to slow down and re-examine something.
