Often when life gets difficult it is common to look at the past as a time when life was easier, it begins to look like a place that you would rather be. Other than wisdom, nothing can be gained by the past. Do not spend all your time in wishing for some past event and you miss out on life that is here for you now.

Something in the past has its finger in a situation you are dealing with currently. Look and see what the past is trying to show you and then move forward confidently.

You are no longer the person you were in the past, even the recent past! Every experience you have gives you the opportunity to grow. When you get doubting yourself, take some time to look at your past and how far you have grown. Celebrate the person you have become.
