This comes in as a gentle reminder of the importance of taking time regularly to examine your fears. Fears often hold you back from achieving, from moving forward, from being in a relationship, and so on. Fear stops your progression forward. Some fears are important, they keep you safe and watchful. Other fears may be outdated, or even not your fear at all!

When you take the time to sit with a fear, examine it from all angles, you often will come to find that it no longer has any power over you and you can move forward, leaving this fear in the past.

Fears really are just communication from yourself, asking for your attention and guidance. Is this a legitimate fear? Is there something you can do to release its hold over me? Is this fear yours, or are you continuing a fear pattern of someone else? Feeling stuck? Look to your fears and see what is holding you back.
