The Selkie comes in today to ask you to look at what part(s) of you that you have been denying? They cannot be buried forever, they are a part of you that wants to be expressed. You will not feel whole unless you embrace all parts of yourself.

Life is about embracing and expressing all parts of yourself. When you try to deny part of yourself it will continue to come forward wanting to be expressed. You are not living a complete life unless you accept all parts of who you are.

The Selkie tried to deny her connection to the sea and to only live on land. Because she suppressed her true nature, instead of finding a balance of land and sea, in the end she gave up her land experience and returned to the sea.
