Using the aspects of the mirror you can not only see yourself clearly, but you also are able to offer the sacred act of being a true and clear mirror for another to see themselves.

For yourself, use your mirror to see clearly what you need to change; this is not a physical change, but change in spirit. Where do you need to grow and evolve? What do you need in order to be a better person. Take a look into your soul and see where you are headed and what you need to get there.

When being a mirror for another, you do so with the greatest respect and love. You are holding sacred space for another, listen with the heart, provide acceptance and empathy. This is a sacred experience for both people.
