This comes as a gentle reminder of the importance of centering, taking time every day at the least, to reconnect with your soul self and have your roots set deeply in Gaia. Centering is an important habit to have. It helps keep you clear headed and viewing things from the soul level. It keeps you from over or under reacting. It keeps you directly connected to your intuition.

There may be times in the day that you find yourself far from centered; you may notice right away, or it may take a while before you notice. The more you make centering and connecting with your soul as you begin the day a habit, the easier it will be to notice immediately when you are becoming uncentered. This can save you a lot of aggravation and having to clear up mistakes or misunderstandings that occur when you’re uncentered.

It only takes a short amount of time and effort to center yourself, it’s not complicated, in fact it’s quick and easy. Begin by closing your eyes, in the beginning this helps to cut out distractions. Breathe deeply from your belly, it can help to put your hand there. In through the nose and out through the mouth three to four times. Ask you soul to connect with you. Feel the earth below your feet. Feel yourself rooted on Gaia. You are centered, fully connected to Gaia, your intuition, and your soul.
