This is a gentle reminder that as a beloved child of the Universe you are always divinely loved and supported throughout your incarnation. There may be times when you feel that you are alone, if this is one of those times, you are encouraged to look at your life from a higher perspective and you will see where your allies have been attempting to connect and assist you.

Allies can show up in many forms. They can be friends and family or they can be a complete stranger who points you in the right direction. They can be the souls of your ancestors and your angels and guides. You have more allies than you can conceive of, all ready to assist you.

During those times when you feel alone, ask your guides and allies to make their selves felt by you. Then be open to the many ways in which they wish to connect with you: a warm summer breeze, the beauty of a sunrise or set, a song lyric, a book that falls open, through your dreams, through out of the blue connection. These and so many more. You incarnated with a whole team of supporters, part of the experience in Gaia is that you forget this. This is your reminder.
