Release any negative thoughts you have about yourself; treat yourself with compassion and love. Align yourself with your highest vibrational path. Prayer is active communication, meditation is active listening.

Learning the art of active listening takes regular practice. It is a skill that serves you well both in your interactions with others and with yourself. Too often humans spend most of their time when communicating with others not listening but planning to get their next point across. To truly listen is a gift you give to others and yourself.

When you go into yourself you not only communicate with your higher self, but also your inner child. Your inner child needs to hear that you love them, that you will protect them, that they can release whatever they may be holding. Take some time today to schedule times of silence in your days.
