This is a gentle reminder of the power of gratitude. The power of gratitude is that it multiples. The more you are thankful for, the more you will have to be thankful for. Even the poorest have much to be grateful for. Make gratitude part of your daily spiritual practice.

A gratitude journal takes only a small amount of time to do daily; and you receive so much more in return. You can use your gratitude journal to be thankful for things you want to receive in your life.

Receiving gratitude is also important. You are valuable. What you have to offer others is valuable. Knowing your self worth is part of self love and care. So learn to give and receive gratitude, it is a life long skill.
