As a partner of gratitude, blessing is a wonderful thing to add to your daily practice that yields great results. It is an easy habit to acquire and it helps combat negativity which seems to be everywhere. A good place to start is by blessing the water and food that you put into your body. It changes the water and food energetically, increasing its vibration and putting it in alignment with the highest good.

Bless your home, your animal companions, the land on which you live. Blessings come from the heart and are an expression of love which is the highest vibration of all. The more you bless the more blessings you will receive in your life. Like love, blessings multiple.

You don’t have to lay hands on and say I bless you. Blessings are when you express appreciation for another, when you compliment another, when you help another. It includes the smallest of gestures, holding the door for someone, smiling, acknowledging another. Showing kindness to all beings. When you start, you will find so many ways to shower blessings in your world; in turn, your world will be a better place to be.
