Restore and Replenish

You are being gently reminded of the importance of taking time to restore and replenish your life force. This is done by going within, listening to your soul, your inner child, asking them what ways would most support you now to replenish your life force. Then follow through with what they offer. Sometimes it will be the usual things you do to slow down and ‘be.’ Other times they may offer ideas that push you out of your comfort zone to try new things and experiences.

When you listen and take restorative time when needed it often will not take an extended period of time. Because you have not let your life force burn low. Other times it may take longer because you have gone through an extended growth period and need a longer period of time to restore and replenish your life force. There may be times when you need some outside assistance to help you heal and restore. The key is to listen and respond to your messages promptly.

Take this as confirmation that what you are doing to restore and replenish is working. You are doing all the right things. You are moving into a new way of being, moving forward in your evolution. This takes a lot of energy and now is the time to rest and restore.
