Beyond the Mind, the Heart Beats

This comes as a gentle reminder of the importance of dropping into your heart space. This is where you connect to peace, love, and acceptance. It is here that you connect with your soul and with the Divine. It is here where your life force and creativity reside. The heart knows and guides you in a way that the mind cannot. It guides you on the path of your soul.

Drop into your heart space any time you are feeling drained and overwhelmed with life in the physical. Within your heart space you will find comfort and restoration. You will connect with all that is, love, oneness, and the Divine. Your life force is replenished.

To reside in the heart space on a regular basis puts you on your heart path and not the mind (ego) path. The heart path follows love, the heart feels and knows intuitively the right course of action. At first the mind will rebel, it wants to control. But soon the mind falls into its roll as supporter of the heart path. Your willingness to trust in your hearts path and to deny the fears that come up, puts you in harmony with your souls path and the Divine, fully supported in all that you do.
