What Do You Feel

You do not have to be perfect. How does that make you feel? You came into physical form to have experiences. No where did it say that you had to have perfect experiences, make perfect decisions, have a perfectly run life. How does that feel? Did it take pressure off? Was it freeing? Some how in this social media curated, filter on, show only the perfect has taken over. Quite frankly many people need to get over themselves, they are not perfect either, despite what their social media portrays.

Life is messy, filled with an infinite amount of experiences. If you are trying to be by perfect and never make mistakes, you are missing out on real experiences and causing yourself an unneeded amount of stress. Instead of trying to be perfect, live a heart centered life. When a decision comes up, make it in alignment with your heart. How does that make you feel? When you make a mistake, and you will, instead of wasting time beating yourself up, make a change based on how your heart feels and move in that direction.

Life in the physical can be uncomfortable, sit with the feeling, is there a change that needs to be made? The uncomfortable feeling is happening to bring your awareness to an issue that needs to be addressed. Feel into from the heart and move in the direction that is shown to you. A simple change can put you on the path of a grande new adventure that you didn’t even know existed. Trust your heart, you know what is right for you.
