Time to shake things up. Are you feeling the stagnant water around you? It’s time to stir things up, get creativity flowing, moving outside of your box. Entertaining new ideas, places, and people. Get those creative juices flowing and see where it leads you. It’s time to change things up, even changing the way you do the smallest things can assist in bringing in fresh energy.

It may be time to change the stories that you are anchored to. You have grown out of them. It may be that you are anchored to wounds you experienced in your path. It’s time to cut them free and replace them with something healthier. You may need to get assistance in this, as those anchors can be heavy and persistent.

You are allowed to grow, evolve, and leave the past in the past when it is needed. Sometimes grand scale change is needed, changing jobs, moving, finding new friends. Other times it can be changing your thoughts and beliefs. Do what is needed for you now so that you can get back to evolving, leaving stagnation behind.
