This comes as a gentle reminder that it is good to take a moment and appreciate how far you have come, how much you have over come, and just how much you have left fear behind, no longer allowing it to rule your decisions and your life. You have raised your vibration and that is to be celebrated and appreciated. People like to talk a lot about raising their vibration, but not too many do the work required to raise their vibration.

Raising your vibration isn’t something that only a few can do, it is available to all. In fact that is exactly why you are on earth at this time. To raise your vibration and in turn to assist Gaia as she ascends also. Raising your vibration is about the choices you make. Are you kind? Do you help others? Do you avoid gossip? Do you pay attention to what you take in? From the food you eat to what you watch and listen to. These are the types of things that raise your vibration. Meditation, prayer, chanting, mindfulness, stillness, are also ways to raise your vibration. Every decision you make is a choice to raise or lower your vibration. It’s not right or wrong, it’s just a fact. You are on the planet of free will, all the decisions lay in your hands.

As your vibration changes you will attract in new people and experiences. There will be people that no longer resonate with you, release them as their path diverges from yours at this time. Everyone has their own path. Don’t try to fit into another’s mold, it’s not you. Find what fits for you. Each has a gift to add that is unique to them. Raising your vibration is as unique and individual as you are.
