You are being encouraged to be kind to yourself as you are growing and flowing into new, higher energies. Your life direction is changing, have you taken notice of this? You have healed and moved forward along your soul’s path and you are ready for the next spiral to be revealed. Often it is hard to see how far you have come until you stop and look through the eyes of compassion at all your growth opportunities, how you passed through them, and how they brought you to this new space.

You may be going through a period of clearing and releasing, in the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Emotions coming up to be felt through, released, and healed. The physical body can be detoxing, as the emotions are worked through. Spiritual thoughts and beliefs are reviewed to see if they are in alignment with you now. Be patient and have compassion for yourself as you go through this important step.

Keep firm boundaries, allowing in only those things that are in alignment with this next step of your souls evolution. Allowing that which is falling alway to move on with grace, knowing that when one door closes a new one opens. People, jobs, will shift as you shift. Keep firm boundaries and do not allow another’s fears to become yours. You are always divinely supported as you go through life. Do not be afraid of change, it is a catalyst to moving forward.
