This comes in as a reminder of the importance of clearing your energy field daily. This should be part of your regular spiritual practice. Every where you go, every one you see, can become enmeshed in your energy field. You can also pick up entities that are not in physical form. All these things sap your life force and need to be removed.

There are many ways to clear your energy field: asking Archangel Michael to cut cords, washing your energy field with the pure white light of the Divine, asking the Divine to clear your energetic field. Find a way that resonates with you and make it a part of your regular spiritual practice.

You are a sovereign being, that means that you do not give your power away, consciously or unconsciously. You call back all aspects of yourself. You keep your energy field clear and pure. You release all that may be in your energy field with love, allowing in only energies that are pure, unconditional love.
