These things that are coming up for forgiveness can be large or small, new or old, but it make no difference, all will sap your life force. The way to regain this energy is to forgive with an open heart. Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself.

Forgiveness keeps you in the present moment. You release the constant recycling of past grievances and hurts, that keep you anchored in the past. You are going through a period of accelerated growth and need to keep all of your life force focused on this.
