Just as Gaia is going through ascension growth right now, so to are her inhabitants. You are experiencing spiritual and energetic upgrades in order to be in alignment with the new energy that is available right now. Your energy field is expanding. Be gentle with yourself, this is a major undergoing, and your nervous system can feel frazzled, and you may be more irritable and exhausted.

While these upgrades are available to all, as with everything on the planet of free will, you must make a conscious decision to accept and work with these new energies; doing your shadow work, releasing and healing in order to be in alignment with your expanded energy field. This is why you choose to incarnate in earth at this time, for this is the accelerated path to mastery. Not all will choose this, do not look at them with judgment or pity, just view them as ‘sleeping’ and allow them the space to awaken on their own.

Use what ever feels intuitively right for you as you go through this expansion; meditation, breath work, yoga, chanting, energy work, are all ways to assist you at this time. You will find that you have more compassion, love, and kindness for others. Through this you will be a light for others to come to their awakening. You may be drawn to assisting others in coming to their souls purpose through working with this higher energy that is available now.
