The Arcturian light codes have been coming through to those beings who have chosen to work with this energy to assist in the ascension process. Do you hear random high pitched ringing in your ear(s) (if it’s too loud ask for it to be turned down and it will); do you see flashes of light around you? These are the Arcturians sending you energetic messages and upgrades.

The Arcturians are a higher dimensional race and their are some Arcturians that choose to help those on Gaia with assistance in the ascension process. Ascension takes place on Gaia in the physical, the Arcturians want to assist in this. Ways that you work with this, is being grounded and present on Gaia and choosing to live in harmony with life around you. Honor any thoughts and ideas that come to you at this time and follow through in them.

Life is not out to get you, life wants to work in harmony with you. There is great opportunity now to assist Gaia and others during this ascension process. Show through your actions how working in harmony with life on Gaia looks.
