You can incorporate grounding into your morning routine, do so often that it becomes a natural habit; just as you stretch your muscles every morning upon waking, you can ground just as easily and quickly. Starting the day grounded keeps you ‘on solid ground’ to start your day.

Being grounded allows you to connect with parts of yourself that you have ignored, pushed down out of fear; it allows you to connect with gifts that you may bring forward from previous lifetimes. Being grounded allows you to go deep within yourself with a steady anchor.

Take this time to ground and integrate the information that is coming forward. You have great strength within you.
