This comes as a gentle reminder of the importance of daily meditation, quiet time, breath work, yoga, however you quiet the mind and connect with Spirit. As the world becomes busier and busier, often it is easy to get caught up in it, thinking there is not enough time in the day to do what needs to be done, you cut things out that you feel you don’t have time for, that you’ll get back to your practice, your mat (yoga), when things slow down.

When you take time daily to connect with Spirit the rest of your life becomes more manageable, you have more time, things run smoother, and opportunities arise that would not have if you didn’t take time to settle into your real being, your soul. You are soul on a physical journey, your purpose is not to be blown from one thing to another. Your purpose is to evolve and grow.

You are a master of time, instead of letting it rule you, you would be better served to let go of the physical push to do more, more, more. In doing so you create space for the Divine to work, for magic to come in. You will get further than you dreamed possible. There is enough time for everything when you slow down and connect with Spirit.
