You are being gently reminded of the importance of grounding, of working with your root chakra in order to feel safe and stable as you journey through this (and every) lifetime. The root chakra is your energetic path way that connects you not only to earth, but to everything you have learned in all your incarnations upon earth.

You are spirit having a physical journey, this is reflected in the chakra system, there are the lower chakras that focus on our physical experiences and the upper chakras that focus on your higher self. It serves no purpose to ignore the lower chakras and only focus on the upper, for you need both to support your journey on Gaia.

You are being given the opportunity to reclaim the parts of yourself that have been buried, gifts that you are now prepared to access. The safety you seek is within you, it has always been there, you now are learning to access that feeling, that knowing that you have a right to be here now, that you are safe and protected in all that you do, that you are a an aspect of the Divine having a physical experience, and you honor all aspects of yourself.
