This message comes to you today to inform you that it is important for you to be aware of the downloads, energy, and information you are receiving. You are receiving this information, even if you are not aware of it. Take time daily to sit within your merkaba of light and actively open to receiving. This will assist you in becoming aware of all that you are receiving. This is to assist you in your growth and expansion process, you are moving into the next spiral of being.

Ascending doesn’t mean that you are leaving the physical, ascension is staying in the physical body while you ascend, being firmly grounded in Gaia, bringing in the energies of ‘as above, so below.’ Ascension is not just spiritual, it is physical and you came to earth at this time to do precisely this, grounding Divine Light with Gaia.

The light merkaba creates a portal into the Divine Matrix allowing you to connect with Divine Guidance. To connect with your merkaba sit within your sacred space. As per Kyle Gray, place one hand on your higher heart and the other just above your pubic bone. Breathe. Breathe up through your crown chakra do this several times. Feel yourself grounded on Gaia and reaching the heavens. You may chant merrrrr-kaaa-baaaa as many times as feels right. Visualize, feel the merkaba growing and spinning ever faster. Surrounding your body with light. Be open to the Divine guidance and wisdom that is available to you.
