This card comes to you as a reminder of the importance of standing in your truth. When you ignore your truth, keeping it buried and unspoken you don’t help others and you hurt yourself. The longer you ignore your truth the more you will have to feel through to uncover it. This comes as a message to you that there is something buried deep within you that you haven’t expressed and is causing energetic blockages. It is time, and safe, for you to uncover this truth now.

There is an old saying that the truth hurts, but that is not the whole truth. Truth in facts heals. When you express and stand in your truth you are whole and healed. You are standing in your power and will bring you in alignment with your souls path.

When ever you feel a lump in your throat, it is unspoken truths causing a backup in your emotional flow. Having an open throat chakra is represented by free flowing water. Emotions are powerful messengers as represented by a waterfall, mighty and beautiful.
