This comes in with the questions: what can you do to enjoy life? Do you take time for fun? As an adult you may think these two things are only indulged in if you have the free time. When, in fact, they are vitally important to your well being and would benefit all aspects of your life if you made sure you had time for fun and enjoying life in the physical.

It is important to connect with your inner child regularly. Ask them what they would like to do. Would they like to create something that brings joy; would they like to go out and play? Whatever brings you joy, makes you laugh from your belly, whatever brings a smile to your face that is plastered there, these are the things that connect you with your inner child.

When you take this time it makes all of your life enjoyable, your creativity flows, you are in the flow of abundance; all because you took time to play. One of life’s most enjoyable moments is to turn your face to the sun, close your eyes and just soak in the beauty of the sun. Just being in that sacred moment, soaking in all the joy of the moment. Life is to have many of those moments strung together; being in the joy of life not in the rat race. Go out and turn your face to the sun and soak in it’s goodness and while you’re at it twirl around and laugh til you fall to the grass giggling like you once did.
