This comes as an invitation to jump right into the joy. Leave seriousness, worries, and angst behind, even if you can only put these things aside for a short time, do it! Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed, far too often this is forgotten. You did not come into physical form to become even more weighted down, you came to experience love, joy, laughter in the physical. It is okay to take this break, you deserve it, and you need it to lighten your energy, to remind you of why you are here.

The phrase, ‘take time to smell the roses’, is a reminder to not bypass the beauty that is all around you. To take that pause, to be in the moment, and to breathe in the scent of heaven and angels themselves. Roses in particular are reminders of home. Pausing and connecting with home helps to remind you of why you are here, you may feel that all you smell is the sweetness of the rose, and that is perfectly normal, your higher self knows.

It is safe for you to laugh, to be at peace, to set your burdens aside. You need these moments to recharge your energy, to lighten your soul. Have you ever noticed that even in the depths of grief, that is is lightened when you laugh, when you see the innocence of a child playing. Your Inner Child (your Divine Child) is waiting for your invention to play; take some time today to ask Your Inner Child what they would like to do, and then do it! Make it part of your daily practice and watch how much easier life is.
