This comes as a gentle reminder to embrace your humanness. You are Spirit having a Physical journey. Embrace it! As a human you are not perfect, nor is anyone else. All are on journeys of their own. When you can embrace your imperfections as a human, you can embrace the imperfections of others, understanding that all are here to learn and grown through physical experiences and are doing the best they can. Just as you appreciate kindness and no judgment of your journey, treat others the same way

Commit to being kind every day. Commit to be accepting and nonjudgmental. The world needs more caring and kind people. Show others what it is like to be treated with kindness and they are more likely to be kind in return. Being caring and kind doesn’t mean you have no boundaries and allow others to take advantage of you, being kind and caring towards yourself means you have firm boundaries.

You are born in innocence and without sin. Do not let another sway you otherwise. Forgive yourself and others. Be kind to yourself and others. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Doing just these three things would have a profound impact world wide.
