You are being gently guided to take some time and detach. Detach from the constant stream of information that comes in, literally in the palm of your hand at all hours of the day and night. It may seem as if you are keeping yourself informed with needed information. That you must keep up with your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, etc. pages. Constantly providing new content for others and commenting on others content. You literally spend hours of your day in this activity.

This is just a distraction. While you may think you are not distracting yourself, take an honest look at your time spent in these activities. You can do what is needed without going down the rabbit hole of wasted time. It overloads your senses. It keeps you detached from the world and not part of the world. It also can keep you in the lack mindset, as much of the information being fed is lack, there is not enough, you don’t have enough. It’s you against them.

So take this well needed time out. Connect with your soul and know that there is enough for you and all other souls. It is not a competition to have the most. You have everything that you need. You are well loved and provide for. Connect with your inner child and play. Restore your well being. Then when you go back to the world of information, your eyes will see clearly, you can set better boundaries. You can have more soulful connections and less time wasted chasing rabbits.
