You are being advised to keep things simple right now. There is a tendency to think too far into the future (or the past) and then you feel as if you are lost is space, floating along, untethered, and not accomplishing anything. Now is the time to think only in 24 hour blocks of time. This keeps you grounded in the present moment and able to handle what ever comes up.

You will be able to rest and restore your energy when you work in 24 hour blocks. Too much energy is wasted worrying about the future and rehashing past mistakes. Take care of you in actionable steps. This will restore your energy and keep you physically grounded in your body.

Often when moving forward in your life, old, self-sabotaging behaviors can occur, out of fear of your own power. Your inner world can feel unsafe at this time, as your mind fills with self-sabotaging thoughts. Again, using this 24 hour model, you can cut the cords to the old belief systems that are coming up. Allowing you to find the energy and focus to move forward in small actionable steps.
