When Me-Tox appears it means that you can no longer postpone caring for yourself and making yourself your number one priority. Do healthy maintenance now, rather than costly physical repairs later (and later may be closer than you think). It is not too late, you deserve to be healthy! Release thoughts and beliefs that are doing you harm. Release people you feel have harmed you. Release beliefs that are harming you.

You may believe toxic thoughts are only thoughts, in truth they take a physical toll on the body. It matters not if it was something you were told, or if it is a toxic thought you have against another, both take a toll on your body. It is time to do some deep cleaning and remove the toxicity from your life.

Just as removing junk food from your diet makes you feel better, removing people, thoughts, and belief systems that no longer serve you, also improves your wellbeing.
