Your heart is calling, do you have the courage to answer? Often so much time is spent doing what the mind prioritizes. Doing more, achieving more, collecting more things. But, this is not the way of your heart and soul. Your heart calls and wants you to remember what it is like when you answer.

Answering the call is as easy as allowing yourself to play. Ask your inner child what they would like to do, and then do it! Have a day at the beach, feeling the water on your skin and the sun beaming down. Follow along with the fairies and spend a day in nature, feeling the grass under your feet, seeing the dappled sunlight. Allowing yourself to play, opens up your heart connection and it is easier to hear it’s call.

What opportunities are resonating with you now? What makes your heart quicken, what are you excited to do? These are the things to follow through with. They will bring you more joyous experiences than acquiring more things. Follow your heart.
