This comes in with the message that stillness and quiet are calling you. You’ve heard it’s message but you’ve likely brushed it off, now is not the right time, you have to get x, y, and z done before you can rest. But this cannot be put off. If you do not heed this message from the cosmos, the cosmos will take matters into hand and you will be given stillness and quiet, even if it takes illness or injury to get you to do so. That is how important it is for you to take this time to go within.

Life is not dependent on you to proceed. You can release your burdens and go within. Sit in the stillness of your I Am presence. Listen to the messages. Be instead of do. Breathe into the spaciousness. Allow it to fill you. When you’ve found your center and recharged you can again join life in the physical.

It is important for you as spirit to reconnect with your I Am presence regularly. When you make time for this in your schedule you will find that it doesn’t take much time and the benefits are great. Better to listen to the whisper that it is time than to be given forced down time.
