The greatest lesson along your physical journey is the everything has value. Everything you experience, those you label as ‘good’ or ‘bad’, holds something of value for you. Just because it is easier for you to find the value in something ‘good’ doesn’t mean it has greater value than what you find in the ‘bad.’ Everything you experience has been set up by you and your souls family before you incarnated in physical form. Everything was chosen for your highest good, some were chosen to accelerate your growth. Everything is of value to you.

There are times when the pain of life seems unbearable. You may feel that the pain is etching into your heart and molding all of your experiences to be viewed through this pain. When you find this happening to you, you are ready to change your perception of the pain. You are ready to open yourself to the pain, it will not overwhelm you, it will flow through you, leaving you stronger than before. Pain cracks your heart open, making it bigger than before.

If you allow yourself to surrender into the fools embrace you will be shown the wisdom that ‘this and that’ holds. All is well now and forever despite outward appearances.
