The only constant in life is change. When you accept this, the thorny changes that come are not as disruptive as they could have been. Learn the cycles of life and move forward with clarity and wisdom. There is a pattern to each cycle and once this is understood you are able to face the turbulence of each cycle, take what is needed, and move on without being stuck in the turbulence.

When the thorns of resentment show up in your life it is time to look at your life for patterns of self-pity. You can make a conscious choice to not align yourself with self-pity. Surround yourself with forgiveness and love, self-pity cannot remain when surrounded by love and acceptance.

You cannot stop the turbulence of life, but you can choose to stay in your sovereignty in alignment with your truth and power. Using your eyes of wisdom to find the path through. Taking the seeds of wisdom from the event and leaving the rest behind. Moving from the turbulent time to a time of peace and reflection of the wisdom gained.
