You are being gently guided to remain open and in the flow of life, both physically and spiritually, balanced and in tune with the flow of life itself. Be open to receiving the flow of life. You are worthy to receive. It may feel uncomfortable to receive. You feel more comfortable giving. It is important to give, but you must be in the reciprocal flow of giving and receiving to be in the flow of life.

Be in tune with your feelings and let them flow. Do not keep them bottled up for that takes you out of the flow. Allow yourself to be vulnerable. Everything in life is balance, any where you are out of balance takes you out of the flow of life. Balance giving and receiving, masculine and feminine, vulnerability and strength.

Take time daily to see where you are out of balance and take steps to regain balance. Pay attention to your dreams and the messages they contain. Be aware of synchronicities as they appear and follow them. Seek to stay balanced and in the flow of life.
