A time of healing is available to you now should you choose it. It is time to release all that no longer resonates with who you are, who you are growing into. You do not need to cling to the past, your future is not found there. Release people, places, things, that are not in alignment with who you wish to be. Doing this is part of the healing process.

Allow your heart to lead you, doing things that bring you joy. Sharing joy with those around you. Tune into your emotions, have you been feeling them, or have you been avoiding feeling? Now is the time to fully connect with your emotional body. Feeling into life, knowing that you are able to process everything that comes your way.

To assist in your healing, bring love into all that you do. From the moment you open your eyes in the morning, til you close them again each night, fill every moment with love. From the people, places, animals you interact with. To the air you breathe, the food you eat, and the water that sustains you, fill it all with love.
