You are being encouraged to practice some deep self care. Feeling into any past hurts or disappointments that you have been carrying. Forgiving those who have hurt you so that you may move forward without carrying that baggage. It is here where you can reflect on these things and release them. This is not an easy task, nor is it done quickly. But it is one of the most important things that you do.

How well have you been feeling through your emotions as they happen? When you take the time to process your emotions you regain your strength. The past no longer holds you down. Remember that tears are not a sign of weakness, but of strength. Do not hold back your tears or emotions as they surface. But welcome them as an opportunity to provide self care.

Once you do this deep healing work, you will find that your creativity abounds. You have cleared out old stagnant energy, and refreshing new energy flows. Your intuition is clear, and you are shown a clear path forward.
