South Node – Past

When the South Node appears you are being given the opportunity to heal past traumas that are affecting you in the present. Stay centered in the present, falling into past coping mechanisms will not allow space for healing. You may have carried this through many lifetimes, but you are ready, you are strong, you know the techniques that keep you centered in the present; breathing exercises, grounding, feeling your fingers and toes. You are ready to heal.

If you feel that you are repeating a pattern from the past, South Node confirms that you are. But that doesn’t mean that you need to repeat the same outcome. Stay centered in your sovereignty, look beyond your first response for dealing with this, look for the answer that lines up with who you are right now; and the pattern is broken.

It can be helpful to look at your past in order to see how much you have learned and grown. But don’t get stuck in the past, you’ve already done that and you came into this life to heal and to create new outcomes; and you can only do that by remaining in the present.
