You are being gently reminded to make your life sustainable. Evaluate the time, resources, love and care you are putting out in a relationship, is it sustainable? Are you going to burn out? Are you receiving something of value in return? Are you receiving the same amount of love and care in return? There will be times in any healthy relationship where one is giving more than the other, but in the long term it is of equal value.

This also refers to the relationship you have with yourself and your physical body. Do you love, care, and honor yourself? Do you honor your physical body for being the home for your soul on its physical journey? Look at your daily habits and invest in self care.

You can build a beautiful sustainable life with others and yourself as long as you work proactively towards this goal. Work towards maintaining balance, that output and input align over time. You should feel excited and invigorated to embrace life, anything less means you are out of balance in areas that need to be addressed.
